Independence went 2-1 against three different schools at regionals on Saturday

Independence High School will compete in the final Regional's 7-11 Tournament starting on Friday, Oct. 5 with two rounds of round robins. On Saturday, Oct. 6, the Patriots will play against the top three schools.

The Independence High School chess team finished first with a cumulative score of 617 among 10 schools in the Glendale School District Rounds 4-6 Tournament on Saturday.
