Luke Hoyle attends Gilbert Christian High School and is a member of the AIA's student SID program.

In their first home season game for this year, the Gilbert Christian Boy’s Soccer Team beat Scottsdale Christian, 5 - 0. Kaleb Powell started the Knights off strong with the first of Gilbert Christian’s five goals about midway through the first half. The remaining four goals were scored in the last half, two more by Kaleb Powell, one by Sam Cavinder, and one by Noah Cooper. Scottsdale Christian was unable to make it on to the scoreboard.
