Dec. 12-16: Palo Verde High School

Tucson (8-1-4) went 3-0-1 at the Second Annual TUSD Boys Soccer Invitational held at Palo Verde High School last week, beating Cholla 1-0 in the championship match on Saturday. The Badgers 1-1 tie came against Cholla (6-4-2) during pool play. 

The last boys’ soccer invite from Southern Arizona will be the Walden Grove Boys Soccer Winter Invitational, scheduled for Jan. 3-6.  Sahuarita, Rio Rico, Catalina Foothills, Nogales, Walden Grove, Sabino, Cienega, Sahuaro, Marana Mountain View and Sunnyside are all slated to take part.
