No. 11 Campo Verde spread the offense around Thursday night, getting RBI from five different players in upending No. 2 Chaparral, 7-3, in a winner''s bracket game at Maryvale Ball Park.

Campo Verde (19-13) gets time off until May 11 and waits for the Chaparral-Arcadia winner when those teams play on Tuesday May 9. Chaparral dropped to 23-6-2.

Garret Thornton continued his torrid hitting with a key two-run triple. Teammates EL Galvez, Jake Wolfe, Jarrett Wolfe and Tanner Wiliams had an RBiI apiece. Hayden Udall pitched through the pitch limit into the seventh inning and earned the win scattering eight hits.

#13 RAYMOND KELLIS 7, #1 LIBERTY 2:  The Cougars (20-11) continued their late-season roll topping the top-seeded Lions (24-7) in a winner's bracket game at Diablo Stadium.

Jusin Flebbe and Damien McElroy delivered RBI in a three-run fifth inning that broke a 2-2 tie. Adrian Salazar went the distance, scattering eight hits and blanking Liberty over the final four innings. It was his third postseason win.

Kellis won a play-in game over No. 20 seed Deer Valley (6-4), clubbed No. 4 Verrado (11-1), topped No. 5 Mesquite (3-2) and nabbed its biggest conquest yet in this one. Kellis plays next on Thursday May 11 against the Mesquite-Liberty winner at 6:30 p.m. at Diablo Stadium.

#5 MESQUITE, #8 MCCLINTOCK:  KC McCormick pitched a complete game three-hitter and Ethan Long delivered a three-run double in the first  inning as the Wildcats (22-10) eliminated the Chargers (23-8).

McCormick walked one and struck out six. Noah Schoenhardt and Grant Gorrell each added an RBI for Mesquite. Mesquite faces Liberty in another elmination game on Tuesday May 9 at Maryvale Ball Park. 

#3 ARCADIA 7, #10 APOLLO 3: The Titans (20-10) used a four-run rally in the bottom of the third to overtake the Hawks (23-10) and go on to victory in an elimination game at Maryvale Ball Park.

Bobby Pierce had a big day at the plate for Arcadia, going 3 for 3, scoring three times and driving in two runs. Jackson Westhoff helped out with a a pair of RBI. Matt Schroer picked up with win striking in nine in a 6 2/3 innings stint.
