The Arizona Interscholastic Association's executive board president, Dr. Doug Wilson, was named All Arizona Arizona Superintendent of the Year by the Arizona School Administrators Association. 

Dr. Wilson will receive his award Thursday during the annual Arizona School Board Association/Arizona Administrators Superintendents Conference at the Arizona Biltmore. The ASAA recognizes three superintendents annually in the small, medium and large school division.

Dr. Wilson has served as the superintendent of the Marana Unified School District, a large school division, since 2008. tucsonnewsnow.com posted a story on its web site Wednesday morning about Dr. Wilson's great achievement.
